It’s summer. What a wonderful and blissful time. It is a time when anything can happen. Days are longer. More free time, what a magnificent time of year. Ok seriously though, holy crap, it was gross this week. I hated it. It was muggy and humid. I didn’t want to do anything magical. I wanted to be inside where the A/C would flow freely.
Over here at the TPQ it was equally as hot but in a good way. Like a appropriately warmed breakfast burrito.
Here’s what we did this week:
- New Killers song. Who’s pumped?
- People may have read a bit too much into the new Pixar movie.
- Our reviewer is not as pleased as she normally is.
- PCUSA rules stay the same, but something is different.
- “Here, I am focused. I am only a writer. I am a trapeze artist with no net.”

- New Spider-man, great performances and a good looking cast.
- Seriously, Louis C.K..
The Rolling Stones have been a band for 50 years. They have been a band for 2 of my life times. Let’s celebrate that accomplishment.
